Presenting Information
Today e-mails, mobile phones, videos and fax have become part of every day life. We use these to communicate to our friends, family or work colleges. We send all types of information through these different mediums for different reasons such as, work information, or a event that is taking place, or just a casual message to know if that person is alright. These devices can be widely used throughout business as a way of quick communication between colleges, and lets the user get documents and information easily.
Yes! I totally agree with your points as that is exactly what these things have been designed to do.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I agree with your points regarding phones, emails and videos become a significant part in everyday life; I believe that fax is becoming less and less used in businesses and especially between family and friends at home. I feel that the fax machine is a dying technology which has been at its peak but now cant keep up with the forever changing technologic world we live in.
ReplyDeleteThe points in which you have made are correct, and I agree with them. Although, there are other aspects to presenting information on the internet, and with technology. Such as emailing people. Emails are a great way to present information and also allows you to easily pass information between friends and work colleagues. As a result, email is a very efficient way of presenting information.
ReplyDeleteI agree with some aspects of this because I do believe that e-mail and videos are the future and soon everything will be 'computerized' although sometimes documents can be sent by unknown people and if opened, they can hold virus', this is probably the only downside to our 'e-future' many things can be fake and forged to get lots of publicity and fool people, people still have to be aware of the internet, because it is a whole new world.
ReplyDeleteIn summary I have learnt that e-mailing is widely used through business to present information, because it is easy to communicate to friends, family and work colleges. It is essentially the back bone of most businesses because it is how all employees communicate to each other and send important information.
